*Synchronization balances electric activity and allows for the different
regions of the brain to regain or be in rhythm which is necessary to share
information efficiently throughout the brain.
*Integration allows for efficient sharing of information between different
regions of the brain for optimum integrated function in all areas of
concern. (i.e. - physically, mentally, biochemically and behaviorally).
*Elimination occurs as this integration increases and improves, resulting
in the elimination of the child’s difficulties.
The BrainRetrain program utilizes specific individualized physical and
cognitive activities that integrate the five senses, movement, balance, and
thought. This results in increased academic performance and decreasing
negative behaviors, allowing for improved communications and socialization.
Brain function itself is something that is generally intimidating to people
especially when the typical approaches to increasing brain function are
either through a psychological or chemical approach. This psychological
approach focuses on thoughts, ideas, and emotions, which are things that are
hard to identify with. The other most common approach, the chemical approach
can be complex in terms of side effects to the child.
Medication and surgery are not part of the brain retrain program, there are
no drugs or side effects. We measure the success of our program by improved
reading and language skills, superior grades, improved behavior, and most
importantly a better life for our children and their families. These are not
transient changes but true, long-lasting ones. The Brain Retrain program is
designed for results to last a lifetime.
